The 1% applies to every reward marked as paid, whether you pay it through PayPal or yourself outside the platform. PayPal's own fees are charged on top for PayPal payouts.

How does pricing work?

Referral Nexus is free to set up and use: no monthly fee and no setup fee. We charge a 1% platform fee on every reward you mark as paid, including rewards you pay yourself outside PayPal. If you pay £2,000 in rewards in a month, we charge £20. If you pay no rewards, you pay us nothing. PayPal's own fees are on top for PayPal payouts.

Can I integrate with my existing CRM?

Yes! We have native Salesforce integration with stage mapping, plus Zapier support for connecting to virtually any other CRM or tool in your stack.

How do members submit and track referrals?

Each member gets access to a branded portal where they can submit new referrals, share their unique referral link, and track the progress of their referrals through your pipeline.

How are rewards paid out?

You can pay rewards via PayPal (automated) or pay them yourself and mark them as paid. The 1% platform fee applies either way. For e-commerce, Shopify discount code generation is coming soon.

Is there a limit on programs, members, referrals or customers?

No. Referral Nexus includes truly unlimited programs, members, referrals and customers. We don't believe in artificial caps that punish your success.
